Sorry.
With Galactic I mean the popular standard build (also called 'Galactic Toolbox') with Toxicroak, Skuntank, Honchkrow and Crobat as main Pokémon. Some of these decks may have tech stuff like Weavile or Houndoom, but when I played finals vs Steven and Benjamin, I only saw those 4 main Pokémon and Uxie (Steven also played Dialga G, but Benjamin didn't iirc).

Actually, I don't think many of these decks played Dialga G Lv. X. Most G decks that I have seen, it just wastes space because most don't have an efficient way to search it out, much less get it out of the active spot when they do get it. Some builds can handle the tech, but you have to be playing the right cards to support it.

SO, although I still believe it will be one of the more popular techs, I just don't think people need to fear Dialga G Lv. X as much as people were anticipating.

2 out of 3 of the G-Decks that did well at States in Germany used Dialga G (and the 3rd one would have used it, too, but he didn't have any). Dialga G is the most effective way to win a mirror match and also the only way to win against any decks that play mewtwo tech.
