Fun with numbers. If I can figure out who's who at each state for top cut I might try this and start a thread. Not that these numbers mean anything . Take the top 4 finish in a State. Add up the points. If you want divide by 4 for the average. That becomes the State's BCS type power rating. The numbers are just fun to look at. Oklahoma had a top 4 total of 6801.04. But that number will change when rankings are updated,.
