What Won The First Ever Pokemon Worlds?

The first TPCi Worlds? Or the first event called Worlds? Or the first worldwide Pokemon event that required invitation?

The first one was swept by the Japanese Magma deck. Won all 3 age groups.

The second one was won by a Donphan/Slowking deck in the Senior age group. Dunno about Juniors. There was no Masters.

I know Jason K (Ness) won the third, but I don't know what he played...

Donphan/Slowking was from the WotC era, I believe Jeremy Maron won with Queendom during the "second" worlds in masters.

Read my post again. You should be able to figure it out. I was referencing the second in the list of possible firsts I outlined in the first paragraph.

I didn't/don't mean to come off rude, what I mean by my last post came from this thinking:

You posted about Magma winning "the first one", and the Donphan/Slowking deck winning "the second one", and finally with Jason winning "the third one"...which was where my confusion set in as Jason did won the third POP Worlds with Mewtrick, so I assumed you mixed it up...Sorry for the confusion, as I had no intention of offending you.

The first worlds under WOTC:
10-: Lanturn/Slowking (could have been light Lanturn/Slowking)
11-14: Donphan Slowking

No 15+ but the prof event: Metal Chansey

That's from memory though, so I could be wrong though(it has been a few years).
