Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

What's holding back Sally?

At both my SPT's and Reigonals Sally ex PK made the top cut (twice @ SPT, once @ Reigonals) because it can work. The support card for it was Togekiss with a Catty EX tech for a late OHKO. It takes down magmortar easily, and the only reason it lost to G&G's was because Psychic Lock prevents it from getting loaded up.

I have played Sally EX in this year format. I think it is too slow to set up directly. There isn't any real way to consitently set up, and attack with Sally EX and discard 25 cards from your deck. 5 KO's (6th doesn't matter), means 25 cards discarded from deck. I have had it in fun red face paint typholion decks, but use it as a "closer" to KO nasty stuff.

That Togekiss/Delcatty build might work but I honestly don't see the consistency there. Also, when you run it as a primary attacker, it will get KO'd by a counter attack Gallade.

Even as a 1-0-1 tech it can work, but most of the better decks now, run a very fast CLAY-BALL engine, and that means you cycle through your deck fairly quick. Thus when you start discarding 5 cards, it might deck yourself KILLS you.

4-2-2-2 Blaziken PK/Blaziken GE
3-2-2-2 Sally Sw/Salley Ex Pk and d Ex
2-2 Claydol
4 Pachirisu GE

and it worked for me during a league one and I beat G&G and Magsol.I had a techs in it and had porygon 2 and volbeat/illumise in it also, but this list works better.Try it and just attack mainly with Sally SW and Blaziken GE,the trainer line and enegry line is ure your choice.
