when does a pokemon is considered knocked out?

A pokemon is knocked out during the turn its hp was brought down to 0 or between turns after the turn in witch that happened?? Thank you.

A Pokemon is considered Knocked Out as soon as all ongoing effects are resolved.
So if a Pokemon is KO'd by an attack, the KO is resolved and Prize(s) taken before the turn ends.
