Hey Chipsboy, my go-to site for booster boxes / promos etc is Amazon or Ebay. Amazon is usually more reliable and ships to you faster.
EDIT: Another alternative could be going to a local card/game shop and asking them to order it for you and hold it for pick-up. I used to do that before I got a credit card.
