They both have pretty much the same strategy, get Flygon ex up and attacking by turn 3 and have support from everything else. Omastar is a mid game killer that you can let come to you, but Ampharos you normally have to setup early for it to be effective.

Any suggestions on what to play or fixes for either deck would be great.

I like the second list more. And why use a flygon SW? Dosn't seam useful. Delta rainbow only works on flygon ex d and flygon d(What set is flygon d from? I need to know what it does, so I need to search it on go-pokemon.) So you could use other energys. Plus with empoleon around amphy would be good.

The SW flygon is there because I don't have another Flygon d, from Holon Phantoms. It also really helps with the darkrai matchup. I have a good matchup with GG but lose hard to darkrai for some reason, but Ampharos would probably help with that.

Ah, now that I know what Flygon d does, this makes more sense. If you want flygon SW to be a darkari counter you need more fighting energys.
