Ok...being late to the whole booking party, what hotels tend to have the cheapest rates around there? I'm hearing a lot of Marriot and Westin, and I know those 2 aren't ever cheap.

Only a couple blocks from the Event.

I had to pay for Airfares as well as hotel. Not fun.

I am staying in the same hotel I stay in when I attend Gen Con, the Crowne Plaza. I like Crowne Plaza's as the have free internet. This one is particularly cool as it has a bunch of neat train things inside of it. I haven't had a chance due to Worlds being the same date every year to attend Gen Con the past few years.
