Is it just the winner of Regionals or is it top 2? I'm pretty sure it's just the winner

Because I don't want that crud.

It depends on what your points are right now and what your playing. I'm personally taking my 2 byes because I'm 1852 and 11th in North America, so I don't need the points from the first 2 rounds

From the looks of it, you'll be playing random decks all day. Take the byes, rokman!

Also if they do byes the same as last year your tie breaker will count those byes as 1's which is really really really strong when considering your final tie breaker at the end of the day. If I recall correctly most of the people that had the 2 byes made top cut if they were of the minimum record becasue they all had crazy high tie breakers lol. I see no reason not to take them unless you really need the points, but also consider the fact that you could play against a random deck that auto wins the matchup if you play the first 2 rounds so ya....... Something to consider lol.
 
ya, the earned byes count as your round having the maximum possible tiebreaker for that round.
 
Every single time that they award byes, there is this discussion about taking them or not taking them.
And every single time it is determined that it makes sense to take them.

They wouldn't award them if they were crappy.
It is a bonus.
