Why isn't the GS Pikachu, Noctowl, or Hoot-Hoot in the Research Tower?

Because the Tower gallery for the HGSS Promos has not been made yet.

The scans are up in the Card Gallery though.

These things don't just happen on their own - we have to make them.

We figured it was more important to get the forums updated and working correctly than to worry about little cosmetic things.

Hmm, well I personally care more about the research tower being up to date than people not being able to bump threads.
