Wii Internet Up!

When I looked at my wii at 2:45, I saw it had a blue light on and went ahead and downloaded the wii internet.
Its pretty fast, competing with my own computer for some sites. Typing was decently fast and button configuration was handled nicely.

In order for the Wii to get a virus, the code would have to be specifically written as exectuable code for the system.

Can you watch TV shows downloaded from itunes on the Wii's internet?
Actually, I don't think so. The Wii can't DL stuff that I know of. I KNOW that you can't watch flash movies, though (although, you can watch vids on youtube).

Oh, on a side note, the PS3's browser is a bit better than the Wii's. Personally, I found it easier to browse the web with the PS3 instead of the Wii, especially considering that I do not think there is a way to open more than one window with the Wii (you can do so on the PS3).

They also said this wasnt the full version, there maybe some upgrades/improvements made to make the internet browser better,

Yeah, that's the only hope, IMO.

I mean, it's easier to type with the Wii Browser, but the PS3 browser has the advantage in almost every other department (easier to surf, can save images, etc.). Luckily, all of the problems with the Wii can be easily fixed IMO.

Of course, the good ol' keyboard + mouse combo beats both of them combined. LOL
