Evil Sea Horse asked me to post this for him, because at the time he was busy, and it's a pretty good question about WOOPER.

poke power- saturation- when you attach a water energy card from your hand to wooper remove all special conditions and one damage counter from it.

with that being said am i able to energy rain with blastoise ex to wooper and take no damage?

Well, technically you take the damage, but if you survive then you do get to heal Wooper. Here is the ruling from the PUI Rules Team:

== SATURATION (Quagsire - EX:Team Rocket Returns, Wooper - EX:Team Rocket Returns)

Q. If your playing Quagsire or Wooper with Blastoise-EX, do you apply 1 damage counter from Blastoise-EX's "Energy Rain" Poke-Power before or after the "Saturation" Poke-Body. Or do you get to choose?
A. Blastoise's Energy Rain finishes first. If Quagsire/Wooper lives through it, then you get to remove damage counters & all Special Conditions. (Nov 4, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
