Well, what can I say. A fantastic event with lots of fun and great pulls from people not to mention how well the event was ran (Timmy :thumb:). Here are the results for Top 4 (Overall):

1st Jonathan Cowley
2nd Olly King
3rd Ollie Craythorne
4th William Woodget

We did 30 minute rounds with a single swiss round to keep things quick and smooth. 3 Rounds then top cut. Today's Pre Release I can say was THE best pre release I have ever been to, I would definatly recommend Manaleak (www.manaleak.com) in Worcester, as it is a great venue with lots of good players and is always well run with friendly staff (Timmy again :tongue: Timmy is a great judge :D) Hope to see you at Worcester soon :D

oh come on donezator, it came down to a burn flip. Heads you won, tails I won. Still, it was a great venue, but I missed my train and had to wait ages :mad:
 
How am I 'blowing my own trumpet'? I haven't mentioned me in their once, I am just purly speaking about the venue and how the event was ran, aswell as mentioning top 4. :/

And how is Ollie getting annyoyed? I've been speaking to him on MSN and evrything and we're cool. When it came down to a burn flip in the finals, I didn't boast about me being a great player. Coin flips are 50-50, this time it came in my favour, but in the same situation it might not go my way again...
 
@ The Machampion - Donezator isn't blowing his own trumpet, he is just telling everyone how a certain prerelease went and who the top-4 were, Apart from his name being on that list there is not one mention of himself winning the tournament, it is mainly praising Manaleak's organization of the tournament. If anyone blew Donezator's trumpet it was OllieK to be fair.

Just my thoughts.

IMO - Reports on good venues and TO's should be as welcome as players personal game reports! Great to hear Manaleak is going well :thumb: and glad you had fun there Donezator.

Rayquaza, Garchomp and Absol (which I just traded :p). The rest of the pulls were good too, getting Blazikein FB's (X2), Ryperior's, Swampert's, Staraptor's etc... Other people pulled well too, I know a person just down the table from me pulled Charizard and 'Chomp X.

Thank's everyone for congratulations, but pre release are always very 'random' with decks. It's a lot of fun not knowing how your games are gonna turn out, but sometimes starts can be horrific (Sandshrew with 6 energy :eek: Lolz)

as the 1st pre release tournament i ran i found it really fun, got some new players to the shop which is what needed.

saw alot of good battles and some new players come and do really well.

lets hope to many more good tournaments at manaleak and people reading this i hope one day to have you enter a tournament and have your feedback on it and the venue.
