Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Worlds 2009 Location Predictions

A town in the middle of nowhere that only exists for golf courses, swimming pools, and the Painted Desert exhibit. If you want a desert town then it would be Vegas. Worlds 2009 will probably be in California, but it will be somewhere with a lot of other things to do around the venue. Anaheim had Disney land and San Diego had Sea World, so it will probably be in one of those two places again.
It has a water park too. :D And an air museum. And a tram. And lots of places to eat out. And awesome weather. And I guess shopping if you're in to that.

I read on page 3 a comment about NYC being crime ridden. UNTRUE!!! It's one of America's SAFEST cities, statistically. LOOK IT UP!!!

GEAUXKNIX.
You're right. If you look it up NY is the safest large city in the US.

Hey, I'd love to see it in merry old England - not New England. Convenience-wise of course I know that probably won't happen any time soon, any more than if we held it up here in Canada - but I'd still like to see it go to another country, just for a change of pace. However if PUI would like to get in touch with me to plan, set up, and run World's in 2010 up here in Toronto, I'm up to the challenge. (funny - I don't see that happening for some strange reason!)

London, UK. Theres People Would Like To See It In Tokyo or America, so why not go mutual and go to the Uk instead, It Would make A Change, Lots Of Hotels And Even Better Places To GoSuch As The London eye Plus All The museams And Attractions. i Say Its Held In Excel. The Excel arena In Londonwas Where Yugioh nationals was held, They had massive attendace Plus 2000 had turned up to go to another expo at the same time to. It Was Amazing

When was the 1st World's and where has it been held so far? I'm new to the game.

2008 Orlando, Fl (will be Awsome)

2007 Kona, Hawaii (Awsome)

2006 Aneheim, Ca (Awsome)

2005 San Diego Ca. ( I bought a busted tent trailer instead of going to that one, HUGE MISTAKE)

2004 Orlando, Fl.

That is it for POP/PUI sponsored World Championships.

Forget about 2009 its 2010 that I want to know about.

There are rumours that it is going to take more than a years worth of saving to get to the 2010 event.

2010 Atlantis?

What I am trying to get at is that it has to have something that has international appeal as well as being easy to get to. Driving 2hrs to get there from LAX with gas prices at what they are is not easy to get to.

Don’t know if it has been said but Chicago would make sense if it was not so expensive. Largest international airport (in world?) or at least US and it has lots of stuff to do; ex. Navy pear, the bean (LOL), museums, sports, and lots of other stuff. But prices are high heck I live 10 minutes from the highest gas tax and overall price in the country.

Denver Colorado. I mean, it's not ll farfetched. We have one of the biggest Airports in the US so that's not much of a problem. We have some BIG places down here. Nice weather. Why not?

No ocean

If it's going outside the US, it would have to be Japan first, they DID create the game after all

"Hey Japan, we know you created the game and Pokemon itself and all, but we're going to have Worlds at England, where 20 people play the game, kthx"

Doesn't sound quite right

It has its own airport...

Hmm I wonder if the POP people look at our suggestions... Anyways interested in a water park. That would be cool. Or some other kind of amusement park.

They should have Worlds on a cruise, 3 days long. Whole ship booked for nobody but Pokemon grinders/Worlds Players/Parents who don't play.

That or they could ship you out into the middle of the ocean, and Worlds could be in a giant submarine vessel.

I love where NATS is held. Close to me, but smack dab in the middle of the US. The worlds is in a tropical place, this year i am going to guess....California or outside of the USA
