Ian, the good news is that even from hospital and at 2am, I converted the cardboard into $5,000 for him and that was in his pocket.

Sami, Yet again you have done the UK/Algeria proud.......there is a post somewhere from a month or two ago that has me saying you or Yacine would win Worlds.....soooooooo close bro soooo close.

Well done for taking the defeat so well, I could tell you was gutted on the phone but yet you still managed to hold your head high.....well done for that.

For those not in the UK, you have no idea how much time Sami takes to look after the little guys at league or at Nats and play games with them and let them win and generally befriend them so they can strive to reach his greatness within this game...................don't ever change this Sami.

Like Steve, you have this tough exterior and shoot comments from the hip but calling me just before the final to see if I was okay and check if they were going to operate on me..................well that just shows that you are all soft in the centre (don't worry I wont tell anyone lol).

Well done again for a pro performance......the match up was a killer but thats the way the cookie crumbles

GJ Sami! We played 3rd round a somewhat fierceful game : > Palkia Lock vs. Your deck. Turn 1 Machamp was very unpardonable when it took 2 prizes : < Still I enjoyed the game.

I'll have to win the finnish nats if I want to get to Hawaii, so it's not so easy to get against you that time : S

I'll say it again here: Amazing job, man. Congratulations!

I enjoyed watching your Top 4 match, it was amazing to see how you took on an extremely fast SP deck with no level X cards. That was the only match of yours I saw the whole weekend, but it gave me a good impression of what a great player you are, and how confident you were with your deck.

The 2nd ranking is always the ranking of the people who did their best during the tournament but then had not enough luck to win.
This is the philosophy under my team.
So i'm very proud of the fact you ended 2nd, even if i would like to have seen you becoming champ.

Congratulation not only to the player, but also to the person and to the friend that Sami is.
You'll always be the best, bro.
