In this thread, you say your least favorite anime, and give a legitimate reason why. I'll start:

Yu-Gi-Oh!, because it declined to follow the original storyline from the manga, and catered too much to small children. Naruto also isn't a favorite because of how much it was edited and how much faster it moved along than the manga. Next?
 
I'd say Naruto is a better anime, for the fact that it moved faster than the manga. And it wasn't edited all that much in the original Japanese....

Personally, I don't know what I'd call my least favorite anime.

I try to watch the ones people recommend, so that gives me good choices. But, of the one's I've watched....

Naruto: Shippuuden. The original Naruto series was greatly superior to the sequal, especially in regards to the tempo of the anime. (ignoring said 100 episodes of filler, but whatever)
 
Honestly, if Naruto (Shippuuden) is the worst anime you've ever seen, you're doing pretty good. The worst anime I can think of off the top of my head is School Days, but the bad end almost redeemed it. That being said, I at least finished School Days. I've dropped plenty of anime after only one episode. Sekirei and Strike Witches being two of the most recent one. Somehow Strike Witches sounded like a good idea at the time since Sky Girls turned out suprisingly well. . .

As an aside, "worst ever" and "least favorite" are not synonymous. Least favorite implies that you like it, but it is merely the least of your favorites.

What I meant to say was....probably Gundam SEED Destiny, just IMO because it was such a huge letdown, compared to its prequel. I cannot say I've seen enough anime to be naming some horrible ones, but I will say Yu-Gi-Oh GX is one of the lamest anime I've seen.

From what I've heard, Gundam SEED wasn't very good either. But, yeah, Pokemon is pretty bad. It's a shame since the potential is there.
 
Just saying, but a previous series is a prelude, not a prequel. A prequel is released after the original, but chronologically is set before.
 
Yugioh for sure.

I wouldn't even consider pokemon an anime.
 
Worst anime ever IMO?

It's obvious - Pokemon.

Too many repeatitive and all these so-called jokes are not funny. Manga still better than anime...Srsly.
 
Pokemon, even worse than Duel Masters. But I like the Pokemon TCG like crazy.

The Supes: That...ummm....Isn't anime.

Bobobo-bo-bobobo is my favorite, it's really funny but so much other people hate it.

As far as Naruto, the only thing bad was that it was going too fast and catching up to the manga .. which was not good so they had to use fillers until they were ready to get the anime going with the manga again. I am kinda disapointed they didn't do the Kakashi Gaiden mini series (the mini-manga filler they had between Naruto and Shipudden) ... Other than that I like that anime (I only watch it in Japanese because the English version is ... bad)

Pokemon ... as much as I like watching pikachu in it ... after the voice actors changed in the English version ... I lost intrest in the English anime .. however the Japanese will always be good. Pokemon is not a bad anime. I mean the anime is aimed to younger kids ...

The only anime that I did not like at all ... Mermaid Melody Pichi-Pichi ...
 
I can't fault naruto for going to fast, in a lot of ways it goes to slow. That's the problem with all these shonen jump animes. They get milked constantly.
 
i would say bobobo and pokemon, i mean ash is still like 10 year old and pikachus like at level 40 or something, boboboo that show is just tooo stupid to be even created , i dont understand why they made that show
 
Well, somebody already mentioned Beyblade, but y'all gotta look up Powerpuff Girls Z on Youtube. They took everything that was good about the American show - the art, wit, charm and humour - and lobotomized it, replacing it with generic off-the-shelf animé parts that aren't even put together well. It's just gut-wrenching.
