Worst Pokemon card set ever????

Diamond and Pearl and Power Keepers were probably one of the worst consecutive card releases
aside from Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge. Even Skyridge and Aquapolis were better releases...
at least some of the cards were decent. Legendary Collection when I first saw that set I thought they were fake... I ripped one card to check.....

LC was bad from a collector's standpoint because you got the same cards over and over in the same pack, which translates pretty well when building a deck but not for getting a whole set.

The E-Reader sets WotC were awful all around. Instead of going out with a bang like they should have done, WotC just kinda went out with a whimper.

Anything from the Ecard series. Just, so bad... There's almost nothing good that can be said about the Ecard series...

The art was amazing though - don't think we've ever had it as good as then (though Unseen Forces and some of the later EX sets were very good too).

Legendary collection was bad to collect as I can not tell you how many times I had a pack that had 2 or sometimes 3 of the exact same common card inside of it. Personally unless one is a reverse holo, there should never be 2 of the same card in a single pack.

As far as a bad set that was useless..... Emerald was very dissapointing.

Legendary Collection.... eeew, people bought those? That 3 common story isn't one I've heard before - when was Legendary Collection released? WotC should've worked out collation by then, that's just pathetic!

I seriously don't get the hate for skyridge. Go back and actually look at the set. Theres alot of game mechanics that I'm sure most people would die to have in todays format.

skyridge was absolutley dreadful, thats one set im sure even the makers would like to forget.

No seriously, was Skyridge really that bad? I'm going to have to look at the set again.

My opinion for worst - Neo Discovery. Worst set design ever! I lost the will to collect after that, very very ugly and dull

I hated unseen forces. I mean, ok, a lot of people like it (from what i have heard) but i hate it. Whenever I got a pack, I got horrible cards, even boxes revealed maybe only a single ex. And loads of people used unseen forces in my area. I hated all those dumb espeon exs....

Are you kidding me? That is the only set I've bought a whole box of.... Scizor ex was king.....
Until LBS took over.... and still when DX-ON came, Scizor ex was king again...
Not as good as Delta Species, because it had Holon's Electrode and Holon Transceiver, but still pretty good. Unseen Forces had Houndoom too.
