What is taking so long getting these things going? Personally, I think the tournament info threads (including the what won) threads are the hallmark of the Gym. Yet, each season this year it takes longer and longer to get them organized. The Gym will lose some of its draw if it does not step up its game. Other sites are already beginning to compile their own threads.
