is this worth teching into decks?
it's first attack is the one i'm looking at
it seems possible with rain dance decks and inferno fadango

at max (against pretty much any deck in the format) you'll be doing is 80. Killed easily. Plus high energy stuff like BlastGatr Reshiboar won't have that much energy attached at the end of their turn.

It's 20x the amount of energy attached to the DEFENDING Pokémon, therefore Rain Dance/Inferno Fandango won't work. Awesome Machamp counter though.

Indeed, it's a one-shot machine against the prime. Since they'll be traditionally paired with Donpahn, they'll have one damage counter on them at least. So then we get:

150hp-10 -->140hp
Three energy attached (first attack is powered, basically)
20x3=60
60x2 (for weakness) =120, so not enough to ohko without two plus powers. However, assuming they're using champ buster, four energy (DCE counts as two per the wording) we get 4 energy 4*20=80*2 =160, easily one-shotting the machamp, even if they're using one defender, and it'll ohko, so no worries about royal heal, either.

Only one PlusPower would be needed, since it bumps the damage before weakness. Making it 70x2=140, enough to KO.
