This thought occurred to me randomly today, so I decided to run with it.

Flip a coin, if heads the defending pokemon is paralyzed.

Xatu

Poke-Body: Time Skip
This pokemon cannot have its HP reduced in any way in-between turns.

Poke-Power: Replay
You may use this power once during your turn. Choose one of your pokemon's poke-powers that say "When you play this card from your hand." You may use the effect of that power in place of this one.

[P] Level Down 20+
This attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage for each Pokemon Lv. X your opponent has in play. After doing damage, your opponent shuffles all of their Pokemon Lv. X cards in play back into his or her deck.

Sees all of time all at once, and Celebi/Dialga run rampant with the stench of potential overpoweredness. Xatu demands some love >_>. Pay tribute to the totem bird of time >_>

Xatu is my favorite Psychic Pokemon, but this has bogus written all over it.
