I just finished making a Lvl. X-Destroyer Deck. I thought up the idea for this deck a few weeks back, and just yesterday finally recieved the last card I needed to complete it. (A third LA Luxray.) At League today, it didn't fare all too well......I lost every match in which my opponent had a Lvl. X-based deck, save two or three due to my opponent getting a bad start, which really defeats the purpose of the deck. I figured I'd post this here, to see if someone could give me some suggestions on how to make it run a bit smoother. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had initially intended just to make the deck focused on the Mightyena and Luxray, but realized that one good Fighting Pokemon/deck could wipe me out, and that, given the new set, a good number of people will be using Fighting in the coming months, so I was looking through my cards and found the Milotic, which was a perfect fit. It was Water, which a good amount of Fighting types are weak to, Gliscor Lvl. X and Rhyperior Lvl. X included, and it's Poke-Body flowed great with the deck's theme. I added the Smeargle and Pachirisu to make set-up a bit easier/faster.

Currently, I'm thinking about adding more Energies to the Deck, because I tended to have a lot of Energy-Poor moments running it. I had originally had 22 Energies, but a friend who saw my deck list while I was getting the cards I needed advised me to cut it down to16-18, and run more Trainers. I followed his advice, but I still think it might be too little Energy. Any ideas on how to make this deck work better?

you need better trainer lines and claydol.
knock down some of the main lines to 3-2-3 and 3-3 to make room for energies. once you get off one attack and die, you have no energies left to supply a line of the same type

Thanks. I was condsidering chopping the Evolution lines down for Energies, but couldn't decide if I should fill the space with Energies or Trainers. I'll throw in the Energies, but I don't now if I can run Claydol. (My Claydol's are in my Fossil deck. -_-; ) What do you think some better Trainer lines would be?
