No, the upper right hand corners have slight creases in them.

The holofoil also has scratches, however, all my old holographics appear to have similar scratches on the foiling, so I don't know what that means.

All the corners seem a bit worn, and there's three specks of the foil in the card text area, not sure how.

I'd definitely say it's upper Good. Is there a good scale for evaluating Pokemon cards specifically?
