Can I use Zangoose's attack,"Invite and Strike", on an active pokemon that has Unown G attached to it? Also can I choose to switch up one of my opponents Pokemon that has an Unown G attached?
Yes. It won't do anything, though.
But you can use it.
If either the active or the Pokemon that you choose on the bench have an Unown G attached, this attack will do nothing.
You won't get to choose another target or another attack.
