I have now played against this deck, twice, and it seems fairly consistent. Especially, if you're not OHKO'ing their Gengars each turn in some way, shape, or form. (Sadly, I wasn't and lost horribly. >_>) He only ran 2 Lost Worlds, though, one of which was prized. Funnily enough I'd yet to take a prize and, upon realizing he'd L-zoned 6, refused to do so, making his Twins useless. I still attacked each turn, though, and played out my turns readily.
My advice is to run 3+ of your key cards. Had this been a timed and sanctioned match, it very well could have ended up with me taking a prize ftw right before the bell rang.
