Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

2012 National Championship thread (International Edition)

Lol no jack snell on that list? Good move, nopoke heh?
Posted with Mobile style...

just to be clear. Who is on or not on the list is purely down to Play! Points and if they have set up their account. I hope that a few will spot that their names are missing and LOG ON TO POKEMON AND GET THEIR ACCOUNT SET UP

UK Nationals

List of Seniors and Masters with 10 or more Play! Points http://www.squiggle12.talktalk.net/ If you are not on the list then get registered and check that all your participation is correct. Which means bug the League and TO that has not entered you.

The ten play points isn't absolute but will need a strong case for an exception to be made such as severe illness/disability or military service.

The list is correct as of 24th May 2012

You should try and get this posted to the front page news, or a board announcement.

^Also, I'd note the same situation is happening for USA Nationals. There are at least 5 people in the Top 75 Srs USA that have 0 PP yet have CP. Spread the word!

Nice!
I would love some more info on that Vileplume deck, if anyone knows anything about it :)

Congrats to Esa

60 masters: 6rounds+T8 , not one of my favourite tournaments as only one 4-2 can expect to make the cut.

The guy who got in had 75% opponen't win rating. I only had 70% and thus I was 11th. Such is life in the Illuminati controlled country of Finland.

Fix'd

I like a lot when the only option in sudden death (semifinals) is to play N. At least a manly way to get defeated! =)

Congrats to Esa

Yeah I know. 1 4-2 getting in was meh, but hey it was me so :p. I lost a downpairing round 6 and had a 75% resistance.

Oh and so it is not completely off I will post the names of 5-8.

5. Miska S.
6. Ville L.
7. Joni
8. Patrik R.

what did Miska play and was he the undefeated player at the end of swiss? If not Miska then who was the undefeated player at the end of siwss?

Both Esa J and Jouni L were undefeated in the swiss and they both had 2 byes. Miska S played the Zekrom deck and lost against Jouni last round. Esa played two downer pairings in the last two rounds, and that enabled there to be a second undefeated player.

Belgium (and Lux) Nationals:
1. Gunter van Roey (Terrakion)
2. Joshua Vanoverschelde (Zekreels)
3. Daphne van den Broek (Forgotten - CMT?)
4. Simeon Cafmeyer (Empoleon Noctowl)

Well run tournament, really enjoyed it. Was nice that everyone got a free engraved dice and Great Ball mat for turning up, and the prize support was amazing. Shame numbers were a little on the low side but I know why and here's hoping it grows for next year.
