    Explain your most favorited decks to win for cities.

    Has anybody thought of Heatran Lv X Rapidash deck? I think this is a good deck because Heatran Lv X has a Poke Power that prevents burn to only come off if you retreat or use a full heal. Also, Rapidash has a Poke Body that when it's active and is damaged by an opponents attack, they're burned.

    What about - Budew -Roselia + Chingling + Chimecho since Chingling will let you grab Supporters and then you can use Chimecho for drawing. Budew cannot grab much. If you want to keep Budew then how about adding some Master/Great/Quick/Dusk Balls instead of some of the supporters to aid...

    Electivire Lv. X

    I would suggest Pichu PK because he has cry for help which can get a electric Pokemon so that you can set up Raichu and Electivire.
