With Flygon Lv X Extreme Attack, will it be doing 150 damage to Prime or Great pokemon, or is this just for the Lv X pokemon. I am thinking that it just works on the Lv x pokemon due to the fact that the Prime pokemon do not have Lv X or anything else to differ from a normal card.
