T_T I haven't been able to be in touch with pokemon any more, but I still love my foxes. I would like to know what sets past... I guess Delta... contains Vulpix and Ninetales, so I know what packs to buy. T_T I miss pokemon!

I'm just making sure about this... Buffer only works against attacks right? So it doesn't work on effects such as: Burn, Poison, Confuzed, etc. Am I right about this or not? (sometimes, it can be verry confusing on how a card works.)

What poke`mon would work well with Ex Emerald Ninetales? I would prefer something quick, strong, and uses effects. I'm thinking a Crobat, but there could be others. Any suggestions?

I want to make a deck with effect cards... but, I don't know what type and what cards to use. And whats worse; i'm limited on cards because I don't have much choices so, Ex cards are out of the picture.
