Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

2006 Nationals Championship

Its all about surprise Factor. Do you think Magma would have won Worlds if people knew about it a head of time or Queendom for that matter no people would have known about it and either countered it or knew what they were doing. When you ask almost any Worlds qualifer that wants to win what they are doing to prepare they will tell you the same thing playtesting why so if and when they play against a certian deck they know what to do. This is no different people know about it and no matter how hard Pooka and Martan and Celio and who ever else plays this deck try to keep "Techs" secert they will come out becuase people who played against them will talk everyone will talk. FYI Turn 2 was orginally with Muk Ex which Seena took to 14-0 at regonials and was played at numerous regonials and gym by other Neo players But Pow Cham wasn't till Nationals.

Jaeger is about half right.

Surprise factor is very big. But it's not all.

For example, the very first weekend Mewlock was released, it won 1 gym, got top8 at another, and started another 0-4. >.<

Surprise factor just means people won't know what you're playing. It doesn't necissarilly mean you're going to win. ... Or even get close.

Yeah I got my Raichus for later use, knew they were good with something but didn't think Exeggutor (D) would be it. This game is so diverse...thats wut I love about it. :)

Pika.dec is MY deck guys, I played it at the Elryia, Ohio Gym Challenge and went 2-2 with it (Marowak style), I ditched it for RL the next day and won. Real mature buddies, stealing my deck. Don't beleive me? Ask bilbillski, moza, and any other people who saw or played Keaton Gill's deck at Elryia, Ohio. Anywho, Pika.dec FTW!

EDIT: More proof http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=35763, look at where it states I went 2-2 w/ Pika.dec and decided not to do an Elryia report.

Keaton,
I garantee everyone who played this deck thought about your gym challenge... Obviously their deck was different by a long shot because they won. You may have used the deck idea but they perfected it. Oh and Btw, your not one who should talk about being Mature

lol, I was kidding about them stealing my deck, I know they thought of it too and play tested a lot to perfect it, but just calling I made it first:tongue: .

He's got a documentary coming out in a bit. It's all about global warming and stuff.

On a side note, Al Gore invented Pokemon.
