Update form the Yankee Land:

Kait came in 2nd giving her 13-2 on her BRs so far! WTG Baby Girl!

Demetre won his 2nd (Lil Sis still is one up on him!) making him 12-2 on BRs!

I went 4-1 Swiss then ended the day at 4-2 making me a whopping 10-7 overall! Not too bad for a Judge most of the time!!

Much like Spring Battle Roads in McKinney, we have a time constraint on the building.
Those not in line for Deck Checks by 10:15 will have to take a 1st round loss. First round will start at 10:30.

This weekend will be the last weekend of the "Autumn Battle Roads" in North Texas!!! We hit the the trail to McKinney on Saturday at "Old Settler's Recreation Center". Those of you that attended the "Spring Battle Roads" there will attest to the fact that it is a great venue. Thanks to Melissa and Ken for their help in setting this up in McKinney for us!!!

On Sunday, we move south back into Dallas at "TTI". As of now, we are four players over the limit for this event. MP Birch will post the list of players (first name/last initial) of the players that are registered on my website. <www.xanga.com/MP_Birch> Please check for your name on the list!!! If you are not attending, please "email or PM" MP Birch so that I can remove your name from the list.

You must be in line no later than 9:45am or you will receive a first round loss!!! We do have a limited amount of time for this event. We hope to move quickly as we did last Staurday to finish on time. I suggest that you bring a lunch or snacks with you. WE WILL NOT HAVE A LUNCH BREAK!!!

You may bring "lawn chairs" on Sunday to "TTI". We have a large porch and you may go outside after your match in each round. The weather has been nice and a good breeze blows there. Also, there are quite a few "fast food" places near by for lunch. YES, we are having a lunch break on Sunday.

We will see you tomorrow at "Old Setter's Recreation Center" in McKinney.

Yooooooooo, Dallas / Ft. Worth I'm here with a special invitation.

Due to Hurricane Ike I had permission to reschedule my first weekend of Battle Roads. What does this mean? It means Texas still has two more Battle Roads and I'd like to invite you down to the Houston area for some Pokemon fun.

I'm sure MPB has worn you out with all his fun Battle Roads but if you're hungry for more and you want to test your skills against the #1 Master & #1 Senior in Texas, then get your rear end down I-45 and have some fun with us. Oh yeah, and to little MPB3, I got a few players waiting for you, lol.

One more thing, get Mama Birch to bake some cookies for me.
