2009 US Nationals

The players are sitting down and we are verifying that everyone is here. We will have final numbers after we add a few late players.

Here is today's tournament structure:

Juniors: 7 Rounds, Top 64
Seniors: 8 Rounds, Top 64
Masters: 2 flights, 8 rounds, Top 64 in both flights

The JRs and SRs will play one round of single elimination today, Masters will play two. Top 32 and beyond will take place on Sunday.

i always liked the one less round of swiss to a higher cut, on average the same people make the cut and it allows those who possibly might have a better shot and those who def dont can go to side events

Btw, you're one of the officials, right? So would it be possible to just post the standings of each round? You should have it on the PC anyway, right?

You can go 8-0 in swiss just to be donked T1 in the first top cut match. =(

btw I wonder why Juniors get T64 which is more than 25%. Does that mean we'll finally get our old top cuts back next season? That would be great!
 
It was unfortunate that I got sick early in the week; Going from 100-102 F to 68-69 F(work) was a bad idea for my body as it could not adjust well. I was planning to ride with one of my friends to US Nationals on Thursday.

Good luck Cyrus, hitmonchan93, rew, kangaroo, and Milan.

I am predicting that Cyrus will be in the final.

Unfortunately we can't do that. We would have to edit out the last names which takes too much time. When we get into the later rounds we will post the x-0s and the x-1s.

We are done with round 1, still have approximately 600 undefeated player.
