4 DCE in Durant? I don't think so... Maybe you meant Prism?
Whoa I don't know what I was thinking. Now I can't edit it because it would make your post look weird.

where'd you get this card scan from, i can't find it on beach(maybe i'm dumb though) but yeah this card just beats a dead horse, even Darkrai EX gives Mewtwo a pain and Rayquaza immediately becomes the new BCIF when it comes out so I don't see this as too relevant tbh.
And Mario, while bulbapedia is an amazing site with literally TONS of useful Pokemon information(I use it often), it's just not quite as user friendly as pokebeach. You usually have more to sift through to get to the desired info. But thank you for mining the data for us. As always, it is appreciated.

I'm personally trying my best to make Bulbapedia one of the best sites for TCG information. If you have any suggestions, please tell me (through PM or something). I know that there are issues, and I do have plans to fix some of them. But, all ideas are useful.
I guess it really depends on if a deck built around it can be made sustainable, and decks not built around it can handle the strain of fitting it in and making it work.
Well, I know at least some of us understand that.
Emphasis added.
If you aren't building a deck around it and instead are slipping it into something else, how many do you run? If you run a 1-1 line, without protection or a distraction Drifloon won't survive long enough to Evolve. Even a 2-1 line isn't very promising: you may OHKO a single Mewtwo EX, but Mewtwo EX will almost always be run alongside something that can answer back for it. You'll get a quick two Prizes and be rid of one Mewtwo EX, and for some decks that will be worth three or four card slots.
If you go over a 2-2 line, it basically is a part of the deck. XD Maybe I am underestimating its potential as a universal cleaner though. Hmm.
Running it as a back-up line really might be the true use, and being so good against Pokemon EX an important bonus. Counting on having two Special Energy in the discard early game just to counter Mewtwo EX makes me anxious, but if I can make room for four slots (or even two, in which case it is more to bluff) expecting two or even three Special Energy in the discard late game is pretty reasonable. I mean by then, if the rest of your deck is working you should have KOed enough Pokemon for that.
