I received the below question from one of our players today-
"This might be a odd question but the Lost Block ability BARBARACLE "Your opponent puts any Prize cards they would take in the Lost Zone instead of into their hand" My question is does this negate all forms of taking out of your prize cards to put into your hand. Because that's how I read it. For example if you were to use a heavy ball to replace and take a basic pokemon then that basic pokemon would go into the Lost zone. Am I wrong? That ability seems to do a lot to effect prize cards."
My response was that the player was incorrect because Barbaracle specifies that your opponent needs to take the prize card in order for it to be sent to the lost zone, which is different than switching the prize card with effects of cards like Hisuian Heavy Ball or Peonia. Was I correct in my ruling?
