How about this?
1 Luxury Ball
3 Pokemon Communication
1 Premier Ball
4 Rare Candy
4 Warp Point
3 Expert Belt
3 Bebe's Search
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Volkner's Philosophy
3 Broken Time-Space
But I guess with this, your only non-Uxie draw power becomes Volkner's Philosophy. Have you thought of a 2-1 Uxie X line?
In trying to find out what was different between the two versions of the trainer line, the only things ended up being the following:

4 Poke Drawer +
4 Pokedex HANDY910is

I agree with the overall idea here, but 4 Warp Points is just overkill. 4 Pokemon in the deck have free retreat. 14 Pokemon have 1 retreat, 1 has 3 retreat. There's no reason to go over the highly-common 2 Warp Points, if even that much is needed. The 3rd Expert Belt is sound logic. The 3rd BTS is sound logic. The 3rd Communication is sound logic. The 3rd Bebe's is sound logic. 4 Warp Point, however, is not.
I see why most of this is in here, but the 8 cards you removed essentially made the deck count 37 at the start of the game. In any case, it's a good idea to remove some or all of those. But 3 Warp Point goes too far.
Here's an idea...
Cutting down on the stuff you recommended will get this be lowering the count of Warp Points:
1 Pokemon Communication
2 Warp Point
1 Expert Belt
1 Bebe's Search
1 Broken Time-Space
As stuff like Collector will usually open up the game, and because there are only 4 Stage 2s that will reach that form by evolving, and the middle form can only be used twice in total, so 3 BTS and 4 Candy is far too much. I would normally make a case for removing the Bebe's, but it makes sense.
This would leave us with:
1 Pokemon Communication
2 Warp Point
1 Expert Belt
1 Bebe's Search
Five additions, and I could remove the 4 Poke Drawer +s and a Pokedex for them. Unlike the idea you had, this won't be complete overkill and will still add consistency. I was also thinking of SSU for the Uxie engine, what do you think? I'll test adding the above and 3 SSU. If it works out, I will edit it into the first post.
I usually immediately dismiss Uxie LV.X for several reasons. First and foremost, the monetary cost. Secondly, playability issues ensue. It would take more resources to play Uxie LV.X, as it has to go active. After that, there's still nothing stopping opposing Garchomp C LV.X from sniping for the OHKO with a Crobat G drop. Even after all of this, all one gets is a Pokedex HANDY910is for every turn that it remains there.
There's more reward in just putting the Uxie down, whether it's Power Sprayed or not. Especially since this deck can mess with Spray by luring it to hit Regice, Garchomp LV.X and Azelf.
EDIT: Testing says yes to my idea.
