Yeah, it's called ironically enough PTGO Code Scanner 
There's a thread here about it somewhere, you should be able to find it in the Android Marketplace. It's way faster than using a web cam in the game. Unfortunately it works off of the website redemption witch isn't available right now. Hopefully they don't continue to make you redeem in game, cause it's so slow.

is this the one made by baby-mario, in last year i think?
i've been using it, it saves the typing of the codes. but i can't make redeeming work, so i have to email the scanned codes to myself (real easy though), then copy and paste them into the game, one by one 'cos it doesn't accept multiple codes. then somehow the game only redeems them one by one now, so i have to click every code individually and then click claim! did i miss something? how's everyone else doing it?

Seems like they fixed the ratios issues but now the pictures are just question marks and causing my game to crash. Does anyone else have this problem
