Ardoptres: I played against a regional winner Magmotar list. We played 6 rounds. Even with the scrambles, i went 4-2. So it's pretty much around 50-50/40-60.

i think the main problem is how u can attach 3 energies to a basic in time

anyway, u might want to put in a skarmory ex instead of absol ex

i suggest putting in super scoop ups and maybe another absol ex. super scoop up is just a generally helpful card, but with absol ex you can play it, scoop, and then play it again, moving 60 damage.

i would say if u are using mothim's first attack most frequently, skarmory ex Pwk is quite a must.........putting 3 damage counters on the pokemon which retreats is gd

He's talking about the one in MD. it combos really well with gyrados.

I like the basic concept of the deck, but I have a few concerns, especially regarding Magmortar. Assuming you play a 1-1 Gyrados line (and it's not prized), how can a single Gyrados stop the typical Mag/Blaziken deck from trading hits with the Gyrados until it gets KO'd. Also, how do you prevent bench sniping if you used your tech spaces for something other than Dugtrio?

Another thing I noticed was Dusknoir should give you fits, since you seem to be dependent on a full bench to pull off your strategy.
