I personally would like to see Uxie reprinted as an SP Pokemon, Garchomp C (and the X) reprinted with better artwork and the Arceus rule (play as many as you want), and finally a Boost Energy Reprint. And Double Colorless again. They could also reprint the SP trainers and Cyrus's Conspiracy too. Then this game would really be awesome!

I think a Cessation Crystal reprint would also be a good idea, this might finally give sp the chance to keep up ;)

I assume we'll get basic things with Rare Candy, Potion, Switch, etc. All of the stuff you would expect in a Pokemon "core" set. I personally really like the Rare Candy artwork that we never got, and with it being nerfed when B/W comes out, it shouldn't be too much of a problem to release it again so soon.

I'm also hoping we get 1st/3rd/4th generation silhouette energies. I only play with foils so these don't really apply to me, but some of the more popular Pokemon from any one of those generations done as energies would go over really big, I think. Or they could do the HGSS silhouette energies in foil. Or just foil energies. Either way, I'm betting we'll see some kind of interesting energy.

As far as reprints, I personally hope they don't do a whole lot of stuff from last format. I don't want to play the same game I've been playing for the past few years, so I hope Claydol, Gardy, etc. don't get reprinted. I could see Unown Q and Unown G, but ehh. I'd like to see Night Maintenance reprinted, as that's a fairly generic trainer that would be healthy for the format. I'd also like to see reprints of Premier Ball and Luxury Ball, as again, those are generic trainers that wouldn't break the game or anything. Oh, Warp Point too.

As far as older stuff goes, I think a Double Rainbow reprint could be good. Unfortunately I only played in the DP-era, so I wasn't around to see what cards from the older generations would have a positive impact on the format now.

It's also been confirmed we'll get a ton of JPN promos that were never really in the U.S., which is neat for collectors and such, but I'm not really looking forward to it, as most of them are terrible and they'll probably end up being the majority of the set. I guess you can't win 'em all though. Hopefully I'm underestimating them and there end up being some diamonds in the rough.

All of the above combined with some brand-new cards (maybe some fanservice Primes/Legends), should round out this next set nicely. Oh, and all of the Lost World stuff should fill a gap too, depending on how much of that ends up coming out.

The Japanese were still thrown off sync. That special filler set came 5 months later than it arrived in the states and wasn't even released in stores. It was only available from the internet.

You complain about them being out of Sync as if "Them" and "Us" have the same format anyway. If having to change from RS-on to DX-on doesn't throw them off, than a 5 month delay in getting cards won't stop them either. The competitive players knew about the cards and had plenty of time to practice them. Same way we here overhype cards the moment they come out in Japan. Japan just got a taste of the fun. If you want to worry about Sync, worry about the format shifts, not a dozen or so cards that took an extra couple months to come out in Japan (Wait, there's a group of people who have to wait a few months to see new Pokemon cards in their home language?! BLASPHEMY! America hasn't been doing it for years or anything....)

Guys, they're not going to reprint Claydol. There is, however, a strong chance of them printing Lost World. Which is what I'm more excited about from a profit point of view, because I'm hoarding Gengar Primes (I have, like, eight) and it's going to be $30/each because it will be BDIF!

If they reprint Mr. Mime or something, that sucks. I hate that card. Either way, though, Lost World and (hopefully) those sick JPN movie swirl energies we haven't gotten yet will be good reasons to buy the set.

And can someone link me to wherever it says we'll be getting English-only Primes? Seems far-fetched.

It was in the original leak of the set.

Well i do think there going to have lost world in call of the legends and i also think there going to have pokemon collector in there and profeser oaks new therrory and they might have dce in call of the legends and professer elms training method. They wont have any thing in the diamond and pearl series or the platnium series because they havent released those cards in japan.

I came in seeing that thepliskin was the last posted hoping to see something about cursegar.

I didn't see it, but I still wasn't disappointed.

Really, though, I'm really hoping they just stick with new stuff and don't reprint anything that isn't already in the format. The only card I think might be a good idea to bring back is Night Maintenance. That's really all.

@ Politoed: That be Dutch, have a translation:

I think you are reffering to the Clash of legends set that are being sold already. Not to be confused with Call of legends

But the Boost Energy Reprint should be changed in wording so that it can be attached to basic Pokémon. It would be kinda unfair if Garchomp C couldn't use this energy. =(

I like Mr. Mime, it stops lame decks like Gyarados and Uxie donk. Would really be happy to see it reprinted. ^^

What about a Jirachi Prime or Manaphy Prime? They printed the other two 'cute' legendary Pokemon (Mew and Celebi).

As far as reprints go, I'd like to see Roseanne's Research, Night Maintenance, Luxury Ball, and maybe Unown Q.

Except for the fact that Gyarados is starting to run Dialga which shuts it down.

I would love to see Wigglytuff GE be reprinted. Also, it would be amazing to see the silhouette energies get reprinted as foil energies. I would definitely drop quite a bit of money for 10 of each.

he said booster...lol

In order to properly apply sarcasm, let's apply this newfound knowledge:

A 3 Booster Blister contains two boosters?! lol
