Can i shuffle a (full) hand into an (empty) deck

Can i use Tate and Liza to shuffle my hand into my (JUST EMPTIED) deck to avoid having an empty deck ?
If you interpret "deck" as something physical you might say it is not possible and there has to be at least 1 card to shuffle something into.
But if you interpret is as the location on the board you might as well mix a shuffled hand into an empty deck...?

You can do this. The deck is a game location. Of course, you'd have to have more than 5 cards shuffled in or else you'll just be drawing them right back
