Call the post office and see if you can halt the shipment somehow? Idk if that's even possible but you don't want this guy to get your cards, I'm sure I'll never see mine again. (Thundurus EX, Deoxys EX, a ton of trainers)

They probably can't. Paid 9 euro for the shipping and the cards where:

Guys, if you don't have very many feedback, don't trade off $50+ of cards to someone who has less than 10 positives. Do these trades with people who have been on here for a while, or have at LEAST like 20 positive feedback. It's easy to build up like 5 positives and start ripping off people with less; it's much more likely someone will wait until they have like 40 to do the same thing.
 
Have any of you sent a complaint to the gym tribunal? Nothing can be done if you don't follow the proper procedure. Check the trade rules and it will explain what you need to do. Enough complaints he he could be banned from trading buying and selling.

Literally just found out I got ripped off, I didn't want to be hasty and start something over a miscommunication so I thought it best to give him a day to respond before I do.

And even then, what can be done? I feel like the police have a better chance of helping me, but I plan to contact the tribunal tomorrow morning if I don't hear back from him.
 
I traded with Landurus, and he did not rip me. I got my trade in no time. He even gave me tracking but it was when he first got on, so at the time maybe he was playing an honest role. Sorry to see this is gone wrong with the rest of you...
 
I'd say enough complaints to his local police dept will be sufficient enough to do a legit mail fraud.....I will be going to the post office and calling police tomorrow
 
I always had a feeling landurus was a ripper. The thing that tipped me off was when he offered to buy akimbo's $200 worth of cards but offered to pay through money gram/western union or wire transfer. Now from my time on the Internet and all these articles on Nigerian scams. Anyone who offers to pay through western union/money gram always looked fishy to me. If you've ever been on Craigslist, they post this warning at the bottom of every posting in their for sale thread.
 
I will say its hard to get ppl for mail fraud..i have successfully done it..but it makes it a lot easier when you have 3 or 4 ppl with the same exact situation and I have tracking where he got it and proof where he said he received mine and gave me the false tracking number (same one he gave someone else)
 
While I understand that people are eager to trades on this site, I would also like to mirror what Swordfish said. Always do small trades first, especially with those who have less than 20 feedback.

You would be better off doing trades upwards of $50+ in value with those who have been trading for quite some time, and have a very nice track record. Those people will be less inclined to rip you off.
 
Landurus confirmed ripper. People from a fb group knoe him and have vouched he has done this before. Luckily they are retrieving my cards

How are they doing this? It would really help me out alot if you could possibly help me get in on this somehow.
 
They know him and he is apparently in a league with them. Its the heyfonte mart group on Facebook. PM for more information I'll try and help as many people as I can if you have the tracking # from the package
 
Was wondering when is a sufficient time to give a member a negative feedback. The trade was with thepokemonnetwork100. The trade was confirmed on 5/31/2013 and addresses were exchanged. On 6/8/2013 I PMed him regarding the status of the trade and he replied back stating that he was waiting on the address, but I had sent this initially on 5/31/2013. I still haven't received my end yet and he hasn't respond to my recent PM on 6/15/2013. Since The trade was a very small trade and of $3 value, should I leave a null the trade if he hasn't sent it yet or should I give him a neutral or negative?
