This seemed suspicious because it seems like a very unlikely trade and he has no master list of cards or any refs.
Is this guy a bad trader or did i just pass off a great deal?

It's not a great deal and it is a very unlikely trade. Whether this person is bad or not, I can't say at the moment.
 
Bad Trader

Thegame8228- sent cards with deep scratches after verifying they were in mint condition, my only stipulation to the trade, and expected me to uphold my end. When I told him no and that I was sending his cards back the next day, he fabricated a lie and claimed that I was keeping his cards. I would suggest to everybody that they steer clear of him.
 
does anyone here traded with TheDoctor? ill will send cards to him 2mrw and i want to know if i can trust him...thx

How long do I have to wait until I can consider a trade canceled?

I confirmed a trade with Raw19 on 12/26/2009. It's currently 1/16/2009 and he still hasn't sent. He keeps saying he will send, but nothing yet. I'm tired of waiting for these cards and I'd like to move on and get the cards I need from people I can trust.

He had to send first so I'm not losing anything. I'm just tired of waiting almost a month for a few cards that I needed for my deck.

If I tell him that the deal is off, does he have the right to leave me a negative reference?

It depends on where he lives. No he can not leave you a negative ref for calling off the trade if you have waited a reasonable amount of time and he hasn't sent. PM me all the info you have on the trade.
 
All cards were sent to the traders. Some were sent twice. If a Trader would like to PM me the trade and their addresses, I will resend the cards (have plenty) to insure they receive them. Will also include Delivery Confirmation this time.
 
I think we should serious revaluate how we can leave feedback and how people act. I had a trade with Colt8729 he told me he sent out than he waited 2 weeks and just PMed me yesterday saying his Mom won't let him send out (after I PMed him asking where the stuff was). First I'm not an idiot he is simply backing out and blaming it on his mom. And even if he is not, if you have to ask your Mom weather or not you can send out your not old enough to trade online. I'm really tired of dealing with these immature kids. I work, attend a University, train another 15+ hours a week, manage a social life and I still manage to send out within 3 days of confirming a trade. This waiting 2+ weeks, backing out, without a even PM. Don't get me wrong there is some great traders on here like PokemonMike, Wagnegg, The Dark Twins. I would like to make a couple suggestions.

1.) Change the 30 day rule to a 2 week rule. There is no reason a person can't send out within 1 week let alone 2.
2.) Allow the use of negative feedback if a trade backs out of a trade and does not notify his partner within 72 hours. Neutral feedback if they PM saying there backing out within 72 hours.

Has anybody traded with JokerBoi? He's a Pokemon Professor and has been a member since 2005. He has no Negative, Neutral, or Positive trade refs. He offered:

This is an excellent deal, but I don't know if it is safe since it doesn't look like he's traded before. What do you think?

I pulled 3 flygon x and needed the glaceon x for a deck... I do not have a list because I normally buy not trade. Yes it probably was not the best deal, but I had the card sitting, and needed the other. Please PM me if you think that something is not a good deal, I will definitely PM back.

You definitely turned down a good deal, I traded the card in league last week for a glaceion x and mewtwo x pulls.
