Don't know anything about them. Only one of two things can be right there ether a trader from another site or there an older gym member that has ripped people off to much no one would trade them, but gym rules say to trade with trust. Trust all like a friend unless they show other wise. Plus he would have to trade first so you will know what kind of trade they are when you get your part of the trade. So all i'm saying is trade them if you need something or still worried then don't do it do what feels right

he and I have a trade currently (confirmed back on the 8th or 9th), and agreed to send same time. last I checked he claims to have not received my end (tho my confirmation says other wise) and has sent his end. what worries me is that he's offering the cards confirmed with me (he stated he had only 1 of each when we confirmed, on his thread) to another user who has no iTrader at this point: http://pokegym.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1440296&postcount=12

I'm curious how long should I wait before I contact the tribunal and if anyone else is having this issue with the mentioned user....
 
Im currently having a problem with him aswell,(Rayqauza95) (we also agreed to send at same time) he says he has never recieved my cards and i havn't recieved anything of his. we confimed our trade on the 9th and i sent out on the 10th.

Has anyone traded with Raichu2063?

This guy responded to my Buyer Thread where I listed that I was looking for a Charizard EX, Wailord EX, and Lugia EX and said he would sell me a Lugia EX for $30 bucks. I was getting ready to put the check in the mail (because OF COURSE he "can't accept PayPal because he has family in Iraq".... now I too have family in Iraq, even a brother, and have NO CLUE how that is relevant to PayPal but whatever...)

Now this guy decides that he feels like he is, and this is a direct quote, "getting ripped off on the price". The guy responded to MY thread, PMed ME, set the price, set the shipping and payment instructions (outside of my paramaters/rules), and then has the nerve to say he feels like he is getting ripped off... BAD TRADER.

He responded to the forementioned post and said he would sell me a Charizard EX that has some minor flaws for $25 bucks. So, obviously, I am intrigued and I PM him a bit. He skirts the issue whenever I ask him what damage is done to the card, says he will provide pictures but never does, but keeps insisting that it's "damaged and that's why the price is low". The only time he answers a question directly is when he is going to offer his address for me to send him the money too.... OH, and again, doesn't accept PayPal and "can't accept checks because his bank won't take them". You show me a bank that won't let you deposit, cash, or otherwise use a check and I'll show you a drive through window that gives out free 1st Edition Base Set Booster Boxes. ChanMan50 (so far...) is a bad trader as well. I could be proved wrong, perhaps he is just taking his time, but has anyone dealed with him and is he trustworthy/reliable? Because so far I've had nothing but B.S. with him.
 
Well, personally I wouldn't accept Paypal/checks, since I don't have a Paypal account and my parents need to sign checks. Maybe that's how they feel? But some of that stuff does sound suspicious.

i'm having the same problem we made a deal My Flygon LVX his Leafeon LVX and Uxie i told him tht he need to send first ref rules then he sent me a pm asking me how many refs i had i told him 8 (he has 0) so then he said tht i was making tht up and tht im acting shady and all then he keep spamming me with PM messages so has anyone else besides us to tht r having problems with him

well anyone got an address from Raichu2063? if he's in Florida's zip code 32444, then don't send (currently having issues w/ and individual who seems to meet the same scam system as this Raichu person).
 
dimenticatoun, If you have any problems with Chanman50, please discuss them with me. I know him personally. I also accept Paypal, and am willing to intercede for him if and when it's needed. You won't have any problems. However I would expect no problems from others as well.

Let's see...you PM me about a Charizard EX that was in my really old sell thread. I tell you it would be okay for me to sell it. Your okay with it and send me your address telling me you would send a cheque. I told you I couldn't do paypal cause I'm not old enough, and when did I say I cannot accept cheques? Send me the pm where I told you that.I send you my address, and tell you again that it is damaged. Obviously the price I told you was very low cause it is damaged. You said you wanted pictures. I tell you I'd do it asap. I've replied to every one of your PMs but I never explained the condition to you. I'm a busy person that has other things to do than sell a Charizard EX (That was because of how Nationals was soon and I was having graduation and school) On June 23rd, you ask me when I will have the picture. I said I would try. There was no guarantees at all. 2-3 days later I'm still trying to get the scan/picture. I do not have a camera. My scanner is kinda hard to use, but I do my best to get you the scan. Right now I've tried emailing it on hotmail but it doesn't work (Troy was right about how crappy hotmail is, lol) I've just sent you the pic on Gmail. I've also sent you some info on how damaged it was. I'm not trying to rip you off. And btw I let my sell thread die was because I didn't have paypal.

Hey Chan,

I'm guessing that you haven't been able to get a picture taken yet? Also, if you could, prior to taking a picture try to describe the "damage" that has been done to the card so that I have an idea of what you're referring to because so far you haven't mentioned anything specific or in particular.

My dad is in the marine corps. My name is Garrett Farrington and many peoiple know me and know I would never rip anyone off. My dad just came back from Iraq yesterday green monkey and thats why I haven't send off my cards. I'm going to today. I live in NC which I told you dementication or whatever your name is. And I never had the florida address. The fact that you are trying to ruin my name is meesed up. And i just got my paypal working and I have just done a trade with thepacman and he can vouch for me. I hate it when people try to ruin someones name. Not cool. And greenmonkey I don't know about this whole itrade thing ussually I don't come on the gym, i keep to lafonte. But i have wanted to get a flygon lvlx so i thought let me go on the gym. NA d i had like 14 or 15 old refs. I had no clue what itrade was and that is my fault and I said sorry for that. I can get the pm if I have to. I'm just sad people are trying to ruin my name when I've never been late on any trade and have always had to SEND FIRST. ANd dementication to use paypal you have to have a bank linked to it. I am 16 and don't have a bank. My dad had to set this up for me when he got home. NOt to hard to understand.

P.s. Try checking my refs before the whole itrade thing and ask them about out trades. Kirsten tacC anyone. Thanks.

Rayquaza95 is a fake, I have 26 refs & he had 0, and tried getting me to send same time. I haven't received his end, and am very glad I smelled something funny with him :) I would've gotten ripped BIG time.

Also, HAVOK is a ripper, I sent my end of the deal over a month ago, he won't respond to PMs or anything. I've contacted da tribunal.

And lastly, I think it's funny how 8+ people got ripped by Narrischkeit (including myself), we even filed for mail fraud a long while ago, and nothings happened about it. "You can't sign on the 'gym anymore!" Well boohoo, he had 0 refs anyways. I think stuff like this where people rip off hundreds of dollars from other people needs to be dealt with a little more seriously.
 
u know i told my friend to back off and dont trade that narr guy lol i knew he was a ripper when first he made insane trades that where to good to be true then would never trade anyone higher than like 5 refs so he could always talk them into sending same time soo
 
well I have to wait until 30 days have passed before I can file my mail fraud against Rayquaza95 (asked about details at my local USPS to make sure). They told me that I should expect a negative response (oh well).

@ Raichu2063 - I never said you did or didn't reside in Florida. I merely inquired as we have a user (Rayquaza95) in florida that has ripped me and atleast one other user. he also attempted to rip another user earlier this week.
