Well infact I have a trade in the mail that was insanely great and it was my biggest trade yet and they asked same time and evey thing and I told them that this feel like a rip and they had the more ref by two but a ref is a ref and the he told me that it's all good and the next day he gave a DC# for the trade so its all go so far and his ref are by some noted poeple here on the gym.

My 1st trade was a really big trade with 40+ holos. My biggest trade was one in Canada for three 1st Edition sets, but luckilly it was with a great guy with 50+ refs so I didn't have to worry. When doing a big trade, I feel a lot more comfortable if the person has 15+ refs, all 100% positive.

point taken, I knew the chances, however I refered to a list of zip codes that house scammers/rippers and Ray95 didn't match. thus the reason I took the chance (my own fault, but not the first time I've been ripped).

however the tagging of additional items isn't always a bad thing (now if it sounds too good to be true, then yes).

I didn't realize that it was your biggest trade to date. I do understand the hesitation and would have felt the same if the roles were reversed. Personally it wasn't a large trade on my end compared to some of the others I have done so far. Either way, there should be a package for you either today or tomorrow. :smile:

It does help when you have refs from some of the great traders around here too. It was a huge factor when I first started my trading here. Start with some of the best traders. :biggrin:
 
Uh i know i asked before if anyone traded with Chill_Breath, and someone said yeah, but it's been 3 weeks now. He hasn't been on for 2 weeks. I don't think I'm going to see my cards. It's been my only trade on here and it's gone wrong. Just thought i'd alert ya'll
 
Has anybody sold anything to Dragonfire? He interested in some of my items but he has a negative ref.
Has anybody had any trouble trading/selling with him?
 
do NOT trade with Havok. He is a ripper and hasn't repsonded to any PM's when he's been on. DO NOT trade/buy anything from him!!
 
woow havok is trade with me but he want to send at same time and had request me to send 1st

i only trust in people who have at least 1 or something like 10 refs

ive traded with both greenmonkey89 & pokemonforever...
had no problems, good traders.

also xDxD,
do not trust anyone with under 5 refs or so.
that guy rayquaza95 had 1 positive ref before he started ripping.
keep an eye out.
 
pokemonforever i expect a good trader alot of reference a good feedback OMG

greenmonkey i dont feel good to send to him we had a problem with the shipment
 
xDxD if i was you i would try to only trade with people with high ref untel you have some good ref like around 10 or so. So that the people with low refs that would be trying to rip you wouldn't have an as ez chance. That why if they have the lower ref they send first and if they try to say send same time then you can stop that but untel then trade with people with ref like me and better for your safty and so you feel more at E's with the trade.
 
I have nothing but good to say about pokemonforever. I haven't traded with greenmonkey though.

Between 10 and 15 is a good start, just look to see who the refs are from as an extra precaution. : )

As an example look at some of the people that doomsday has and then look to the right of the sum and you'll see how miny the preson that traded them have. When you see some of the people on doomsday's itrade there you'll see some of the biggest traders here. So what i'm saying is if you know that the people that they have traded with are great people and they had nothing but good things to say about them then they can be a great trader as well. Like they say in show biz "It's who you know" lol
 
first off let me clear something up i have never ripped anyone off i have had plenty of trades with good ppl to like theGeneral69 and PokemonForever anmd Tee79 all have high refs and can vouch with me. these guys were no problems @ all i have a buddy on here tht i have been helping get cards cuz he has been so nice to build my decks for me his name is Poke_Master2008 and he can also vouch for me i always come through in the trades. As far as the trade with me and XDXD he wanted to do same time cuz of how big the trade was i said then he had asked me to do tracking confirmation so i agreed to do tht upon me revieving his cards which i havent yet which is y i havent sent yet but ill hold my end of the deal.
 
yes but you agree send at same time and know i have to reback the letter because you dont send your half of the trade at same time

i get my cards back tomorrow if you want to do the trade again with no mistakes or anything wrong PM me
