I don't know. I tried to market pokemon clothing in the past with my own pokemon designs on them and the company didn't let me because of the copyright infringment. I don't see a difference between pokemon clothing and pokemon tcg accessories.

It is a nice table though.

There's a big difference between a guy making a table with a Pokeball and showing it off and a guy marketing a Pokemon clothing line.

One is a general accessory - the other features the Pokemon.

The only possible and likely issue with selling the table would be the Pokeball.

Now, if he made blank ones and included with them two stencils that could be put together to make a Pokeball, maybe that would be less of an issue...?

That's true, and I don't see anything wrong with selling the board without the pokeball on it, but if the pokeball is allowed, what stops people from adding more pokemon likenesses to it and selling it? Nintendo can't just let some things go and some things stop. They have to make a rule that either stops it all or lets it all go.

I'm not trying to cause a problem or anything. I just wanted to add my bit to the conversation.

I would think there's also a difference between making a handful of small items for friends on a board, vs. having a sales website where you take orders from anyone (and/or posting on eBay).

Look, I just posted it to show off my dads "Sudowoodo Working" prowess.

I thought it was really cool and thought it would be cool to share with the rest of the people on the gym.

Its just a table guys. Calm down.

btw Bullados thats a really cool idea, thanks. Like are you thinking of a little drawer to stash dice and stuff?

That would be pretty intense. I like it,

^^^ I thought I made that suggestion about the drawers. But the table is big (width and lengthwise), so can fit binders and all sorts of cool stuff.

Its nice table, stop being so negitive Prime.

That is really cool! One time my dad and I made this extremely nice arcade cabinet shaped exactly like that of a Centipede game complete with speakers, light, drawers, and shelves from wood! Wood can make a lot of nice things, but big projects sure do take a long time! How long did this take you guys? I am impressed by the accurate painted outlines. I'd make one of these too, but unfortunately I don't have anybody to play with at home, so I guess it wouldn't serve a purpose :(

Awesome craftmanship and very tempting. LMK if he would like to donate one to my kids and I could donate $$$ to your school trust fund that your Dad maintains as a gratuity :D

Wow, apparently someone has way too much time on their hands.... Yeah yeah, ha, ha ha. But seriously, it had to have taken a lot of time to put this table together and put as much detail into this as your dad has.

Copyrighted or not, I would definately buy it from you guys!! Awesome job!!
