Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

City Championships 2009-2010 OREGON Events [UPDATED 12/2]

Being from Bend, I miss a lot of the Tourneys on the Coast. So count yourselves lucky you have as many nearby as you do. I'd love to play at some of the other Tourneys, but funds just come up short to attend. I'm very Thankful that they are willing to hold Events for us (Thank You MommaJune and Mr. Raichu. I know are players enjoy it)

Rose Bowl

How bad are the ducks they play a team that runs the exact offence and choke the ducks are over rated sure they can win at home because of the crowd noise but they cant win a game on the road unless they play a bad team. For all you duck fans they will never win a national title because they choke in big games.

They are from Orgeon.. of course they choked in the big game, whatever made you think that anything else would happen?

Hey do we have league this sat? I talked to Randy and he said Mr. Raichu might be staying up here as the sat CC is Really far south.

Even if we dont have league, IM going to free play at lokis. Come join me people.
I have Ho-oh legend to show off. :D

Although it is hard for me to believe, we are actually down to the last weekend of the 2009/10 Pokemon City Championship series in Oregon. What a GREAT series of tournaments it has been. Two events had over 100 players, we had the #1 and #2 ranked Junior players in the world face off in the finals at one event and we had more events scheduled than ever before! And the BEST news, there is still time to get in on one more weekend of City Championship events.

I want to make a special mention of the Corvallis event. The location will be the Old World Deli and Ted, the owner, is really rolling out the welcome mat for us. He is even offering a special Pokemon player sack lunch that you can order when you arrive. It includes a sandwich, drink, apple and a brownie all for only $8.50. The best part is that it will be ready and waiting for you at the lunch break no matter when you finish your game. Remember, because we are in a deli that is in business to sell food, no outside food or drinks allowed at this one.

I hope you will all be able to come to one more City Championship this weekend!

Yes, because the Huskies and Cougars were such college football standouts this year. As I was typing this, Masoli scored against the Husky defense again. Maybe the Cougars can recruit Drew Bledsoe to get his post-grad degree so they might actually gain a yard on offense.

:grass:GO DUCKS!!:lightning:

^Claps, GO DUCKS!!

Anyway, the real reason I really came to post here, Cities Weekend for Southern Oregon!

I wanted to remind everyone that this weekend Ashland and Medford are holding their Cities on back to back weekend days! The cities are only about 30 miles from eachother, and there are many great hotels inbetween the two! So if your looking to get the most out of your tournament weekend, Migrate south for the final City Championship weekend, we'll have our best squad of players waiting to defend the homeland! BRING IT ON!

Also, we will be holding two very special events during lunch at each tournament. Saturday in Ashland, we'll be holding the 2009 Southern Oregon Pokemon Awards, hosted by me, Jason. And on Sunday at Astral Games in Medford we'll be hosting the Beat the Clock Gym Challange! In which you'll have the opportunity to win some GREAT prizes!

And that's only 3 of my 10 reasons to come to our cities weekend, you'll have to come down to find out the rest. We hope to see you there!
