Let me know if I need to clarify anything.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Sneasel
Type: Dark
HP: 60
Pic: The entrance to a darkened allyway, where one can make out one set of gleaming white claws and set of eyes glowing a sort of violet/crimson.
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: Psychic
Retreat: C
Poke-Power: Shadow Slip
When Sneasel is targeted by an effect, you may discard a (D) Energy from Sneasel to prevent all parts of the effect done to Sneasel. This Power can't be used if Sneasel is affected by a Special Condition.
(D) Shadow Strike [30]
You opponent flips a coin. If heads, this attack does nothing.

Name: Sneasel
Type: Water
HP: 60
Pic: A Sneasel rushing a Machoke frozen in ice. Their eyes are locked.
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: None
Retreat: C
(W) Icy Stare
Flip two coins. If either is heads, the Defending Pokemon is Paralyzed.
(WWW) Shatter
If Sneasel used Icy Stare on last turn and Paralyzed the Defending Pokemon, then the Defending Pokemon is Knocked Out. (If either Pokemon was Benched or Evolved between then and now, this attack does nothing).

The first card is meant to give the idea of a Sneasel slipping in and out of the shadows. Sneasel's attack needs a Darkness Energy, so you can use Shadow Slip a few times before you might as well let it get KO'd (no darkness Energy emans no attck and no power ). The extra dependence on Darknes Energy should make it tricky to use effectivley. Basically, if you run it, its should be your only Dark Pokemon. If you can give it a steady supply of (D) energy, you should be able to use it to stall and maybe even build an early lead... though most any Fighitng Pokemon can kill it quick if said flow is interrupted.
The Water(Ice) version has sort of a "Subzero" feel to it. I made it about as strong as that one Misdreavous, except that as a Ice Type, it is much easier to fit in deck: again, either warm up (lol) with it and should you have the opportunity get a rpize or two. Might be fun with Focus band and 'Stoise in Unlimited
