According to this he doesn't have enough verifiable refs. Don't know why it isn't closed.

For the record...I just checked the G/B trader list. According to that I have "78" refs. My count is at 179. So while I am positive (I keep records of my trades/addresses) that I have these 179 good refs, the system puts me at a loss of over 100!
I am not really sure how you would be able to check to see if all my refs have put me down or not but is there anyway that someone can look through my list of refs and tell me who has actually put me down so I can go through and make the others add me as well so there is no hassle when it comes time for me to sell off all my cards. Please let me know if there is anyway to do this or anyway you can explain to me how to do it.
......
I would take a bet that over 30 of these people dont even have a ref list on the g/b trader list. Shouldn't those people be suspended until they did? What should I tell the people when I send them a PM? Just ask them to make a ref list? What if they do not? Are you guys then able to talk to them?
Thanks!
Here’s our start to an Auction/Selling sub-forum. This will alleviate some slight problems that we as mods and admins have seen, and open up the opportunity for those with good trade references to be rewarded. HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME TERMS INVOLVED.
1) The only allowed auctions/sales on the Gym’s forums will be on the Auction/Selling Sub-Forum. No one will be allowed to auction in the trade portion of the gym’s forum. Occasionally a Mod or Admin may move an auction from one part of the forum to another, but this will be a rare occasion. Those not complying will find their auctions locked, or possibly deleted.
2) Users will be allowed to place auctions or sales if they have 20 or more unique and verifiable references, or have contributed to the gym in the way of being a reporter of 10 news items, or a gallery contributor of 20 or more high res scans, or an avatar creator. To have "verifiable" references, you must have a post on "Da Gym's Rules and Good/Bad Trader List" thread Here outlining all of the people you have traded with, and your trading partners have to have one too. If we as mods or admins can't find your, or their refs, .... Poof, the auction disappears.
Auctions do not count towards your trade references. If you wish to list good sellers or maybe even bad buyers, you can do so separately from your Good Trader list.
3) To keep this privilege, the users who have auctions/sales here must be a pokegym member for at least 1 year, and maintain their good references for at least a full year prior to posting your thread. Also, repeated infractions on the gym, in any part of the gym (not just here in the trading/auction/selling forums), will nullify your privilege to use this part of the forums. In other words, be a good citizen, and you will be rewarded.
4) Again, this auction/sales sub-forum is for pokemon themed merchandise only.
5) If you plan on holding an auction for any items on another website, like that other popular auction website, links are not allowed here, and will get your thread deleted.
These rules will hopefully contribute to a safer auction experience. Most times this will mean that those who are interested in buying will be able to bid with confidence since these users will be the best of the best as it were. Also, for those who are able to auction, it will mean we have confidence in you, and your trading abilities. If there are any questions about how this will be administered, please get in touch with a mod or admin.
Mods and Admins reserve the right to change these rules, and to edit, close, and/or delete any threads or posts, as is necessary.
Yeah, but based on feedback, we're going to switch to sales and auctions only in the Auction/sale forum.
Sorry Drew, but it's a mess to moderate otherwise.
Wrap up the sales in the Trade forum and shift it over to the other forum for sales.
