It will be at least 6 months. And you are responsible for your thread. You make a mistake with pricing and get a bid for that price you need to honor it.
I'm confused by the rules. Nowhere in the rules does it say that you are required to sell a listed item on a sell thread. As of right now, according to the rules of verified sellers on this site, I'm only seeing it as being
required to sell something if it's an auction. Where's the line of cards listed in a sell thread not being in your possession anymore because of no longer having it because you traded it recently or haven't updated in a while and just having second thoughts and using that last one as an excuse to avoid being in the situation that I'm in currently.
Arguably, there are these rules:
11) If you post it here, and you get bids here, you must sell it here. If there are no offers for an AUCTIONED item, then you are free to take the item out and dispose of it elsewhere. However if you get bids - even if the price isn't as much as you would like, you are under obligation to send the item to the highest bidder. If there is anyone who doesn't follow through with sending to the highest bidder, their sales privileges will be revoked.
If the word bids in this is being applied to offers to your sales thread, again, where's the line between knowing this is a rule and stating that you no longer have it to avoid trouble and actually no longer having it. Secondly, this doesn't appear to be clear enough to understand that you are required to sell it.
19- You must have the cards/items in your possession to post them on the site or to even offer them in a deal. (save on grief and aggrevation when the card you thought you were going to get never arrives)
This only states that it's in my possession, not required to get rid of it once it's listed.
Sorry if it seems that I'm desperately trying to get out of this because I am. I'm just disappointed that I'm unable to sell among the site when firstly, the rules don't clarify this to my knowledge and secondly, it was a simple mathematic mistake that could have made $40 of a difference.
Please reach me when you're free, I'd like to talk about this concern a bit more. Thanks Psyduck!
