Took out a Sparce and added in a DC. Don't know if this will be helpful or not, but the Added D nrg from it's attack in play would help things along.

2 Steven's Advice (would almost do Birch over this as Furret helps with that)

3 Power Charge (I would say three or make them Briney’s so they have to OHKO)

Kinda left this as some players put in what they like for trainers. I know you are going for hand Control/ Matching, but SA doesn't really do that to much. Furret and Birch are just great for early game card Drawing or late game when you need that Extra Hand Size. Also, the PC and BC is iffy for me. I understand with all the Special *short bus* NRG in the Discard Pile, PC is necessary. But what if they don't make it to the discard pile. No Flips to get Tails on PLus without any healing in your deck, BC can Prolong a Little for you!

Changed to DRE instead of RE.. I know the Rainbow are needed for Wobbers as well, so you might try 2-2 on them. THe only thing is, you have Furret so getting the nrg you want isn't an issue. I might even say this:

This way you still have the Rainbow jic for Wobbers Celebi what have you.
