Destiny

Negativity is based on preference. I personally feel I'm being logical and serious, yet many people take my comments as negative. :p

Jimmy, I was just replying to the discussion you started on how well the deck was doing this weekend. You feel it's doing great, and I see through the 2nds and 3rds and 4ths and see that it hasn't won a single 15+ regionals title yet. Two ways of looking at it. Doesn't mean one side is more negative than the other.

Personally, I think the deck is great, and this is just 1 or 2 weekends for regionals. I'd be surprised if Destiny didn't win (1) regionals 15+ this season.
 
Destiny is a good deck but I will use the "heart of the cards" and then I will top deck a Raigeki and then I will win automatically!!!!!
BEAT THAT COMBO!!!!!
 
Right now, the only matchup that worries me is Raieggs. Does anyone know how to really take care of it?
 
I decided on not playing destiny at the last second....I would like to add though that both my brother and me beat destiny in the top 8 (with shiftry and flygon respecitvely) only to lose the next round...oh well. Definetely still a contender.

ugh i went 4-0 then got t3'd by omar :( . then i got ****ing DONKED OMG UNREALISTICALLY by some dude, then beat the guy 2-0 in top 8. I'M SO BAD AT THIS GAME!!!

I won my states/regionals with Destiny lol

and Jirachi ex is brilliant tech- I introduced it to all Aussie Destinys lol - and it saved all of them at one point or another

I can see Jirachi ex being a neat tech, but only if you have enough Mew ex LM in the deck to copy the attack. I don't find myself running many of them. I find myself running less and less the longer I play. Mew ex is weak to psychic, a popular type right now, and the card just flops when your opponent drops a cessation crystal (or gardevior ex d) on the field. Because there is no energy acceleration in Destiny, you have to place every energy wisely, and when your opponent can drop a single card and ruin your past 2-3 turns of energy drop, I just don't like it. Sure, the metagame in my area is focused heavily on cessation crystal, but overall, I feel Mew ex to have low HP, a bad weakness, and a overall huge weakness to cessation crystal. I'd rather put my energy on Mew*, and only lose 1 prize and be able to abuse CC myself, or on Rayquaza ex d, and be limited but not killed by CC.

Just my opinion though.
