I'll try that suggestion and see where it goes. Yep, and I like tornadus ex more than scyther because the idea is not getting into a prize trade but instead tornadus net me to prizes and not get revenge'd.
 
I use Dual Ball in case you didn't notice, so i can grab basics + play hand refreshers therefore making my deck faster, so no, I don't need collector lol
 
Honestly i dont like raikou at all. The only knock outs it takes are on wounded pokemon which isnt that great since ur deck doesnt spread damage and on opposing eels which is ok but id rather run bouffolant. I guess it could ko basics earl game but i can't see how you would set it up to take multiple prizes. I would drop them both for anouther tornadus ex and a shaymin ul
 
Idk, i'm probably dropping 1 raikou, sicne one is being enough in testing. Idk if i should add tornadus ex, but i'll probably be adding shaymin ul since it's so good getting suprise kos out of nowhere. Thanks for the suggestion, i'lll take it into consideration =)
 
I'll use a dual ball for 1 Tynamo.... FAIL. You need to be able to search out AT LEAST 2 Tynamo or they'll get catcher killed every time. I play collector as it is non luck based and won't slow you down that much.

May be faster, but is it consistent? It could have the potential to be the fastest deck ever built, yet if it isn't consistent enough, it won't win.

It's a fine line a lot of Eel players have to deal with right now. Right now, I say Collector is the play, but take that FWIW.

I am trying to save as many people from this mistake as possible. You absolutely do not want to run the 30 HP tynamo. You are going to regret that. You play Skyarrow and your opponent is proabably playing Skyarrow also. You may as well save yourself the embarrassment of dropping that 30 hp tynamo and having it killed by either kyurem or darkrai easy. I think dual ball is the play over collector so that way you can play random receiver and not have to worry about getting that dead supporter late game.
